SecurityWe are an Stripe.com Verified Merchant. Stripe.com is committed to providing its merchant customers with the highest level of transaction processing security, safeguarding customer information and combating fraud. We implement and maintain compliance with industry leading security initiatives such as the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard.
Shipping PolicyUnless otherwise noted, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our standard shipping is via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx. Your shipping options will be available in your shopping cart. On some occasions, we may choose to use an alternate shipping option if the option you have chosen is not available. If another option is chosen, your cost will not be changed and the delivery time will not be lengthened, and in many cases, will be shortened. If you would like expedited shipping for your order that is not available in your shopping cart, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote.
Returned GoodsAll returned goods must have an return authorization number assigned. Please contact email@example.com to request a returned goods request form. Returns must be within 15 days from date of original shipment. All returned goods must be sent prepaid. Any return that is not prepaid will be refused. If goods are being returned due to an error by Healthcare Services by A.C.T.N.T, LLC, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to you to attach to the returned goods package. All returned goods must be in original packaging and in original condition. A 15% restocking fee may be charged in certain circumstances. Return Check PolicyChecks that are returned for non-payment will be resubmitted electronically in attempt to obtain payment. An additional charge of $30.00 will be added to all returned checks and will be included in the electronic submission. If the electronic submission is unsuccessful, you will be sent notification for demand of payment. If payment is not received according to the demand letter, legal prosecution may be initiated.
Damaged GoodsIf you receive a package that you believe is damaged, we ask that you call the shipping service for an inspection of the damaged articles. Please save all boxes and packing material to prove the goods were packed properly. All damage claims must be reported to the shipping service within 10 days after receipt of merchandise. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt. Healthcare Services by A.C.T.N.T, LLC assumes no liability for damage due to carrier.
PricingProducts are priced “each” unless otherwise noted. Our prices are as current as possible, but many of our vendors issue price changes without notice. Therefore, all our prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Product WarrantiesHealthcare Services by A.C.T.N.T, LLC gives no express warranties on any merchandise we carry. However, most items are covered by a vendor or manufacturer’s warranty. No guarantee is implied as to the accuracy of information in products from our vendors. These products do not necessarily represent the views or opinions of Healthcare Services by A.C.T.N.T, LLC.
Our GuaranteeSatisfaction is our goal. If for some reason we do not meet your standards or you are simply not happy with our services, we will make every effort to reconcile your concerns. If this is not possible, then a refund may be issued.
